Es Col·legi is a beautiful Mediterranean house located in a quiet, sunny area of Capdepera. It is perfect for families and groups seeking comfort, privacy, and an ideal base to explore eastern Mallorca. The property features 4 double bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, air conditioning, high-speed WiFi throughout, and private parking for 3 cars.
The exterior is a highlight: a sunny private pool surrounded by terraces and lounge areas, plus a BBQ perfect for al fresco dining. One of the bedrooms is an independent suite next to the pool, equipped with its own kitchenette and fridge—ideal for those seeking extra privacy within the group.
The interior is spacious and bright, with a fully equipped kitchen and a living room that connects directly to the outdoors. The location is excellent: close to supermarkets and restaurants, and just a short drive from the stunning beaches of Cala Ratjada, such as Cala Agulla or Cala Mesquida. While a car is not essential, it is highly recommended to explore Mallorca’s hidden coves and charming villages.
Guest Access: Guests have exclusive use of the entire property, including the private pool, BBQ, AC, high-speed WiFi, and parking.
Interaction: We are available before, during, and after your stay to offer local recommendations and personalized attention.
To ensure a comfortable stay while encouraging responsible energy use, the air conditioning is available for a small, symbolic fee. This helps us prevent excessive consumption, such as when the AC is left running for long periods while the house is empty or with windows open.
The cost is €2 for every 4 hours of use throughout the entire property. This is calculated based on the actual hours used during your stay.
Additionally, please remember that the tourist tax must be paid upon arrival, in accordance with current Balearic Islands regulations.

CANCELATION CONDITIONSIn the event of cancellation of the reservation, the amount paid for this concept will be reimbursed by NOOR GESTIÓN DE PROPIEDADES S.L. under the conditions specified in the advertisement of the reserved property. Once the period of 30 calendar days prior to the date of entry has passed, no amount will be reimbursed, provided that other cancellation conditions are not specified in the advertisement of the rented property.To request cancellation, you must do so by email to the address npm@npmallorca.com, providing the account number in which the refund must be made, which will be made within a maximum period of 48 hours, holidays not included.Upon return of the amounts paid as a reserve, the management costs to make said refund will be deducted (banking fees, commissions, currency exchange costs, etc...) which will be borne by the client.If a cancellation occurs after the period of 30 calendar days prior to the check-in date has passed, the GUEST, although not having the right to a refund, will also be obliged to notify NOOR GESTION DE PROPIEDADES S.L. said cancellation, to be able to offer the property again to other interested parties.In the event that the GUEST, not having previously communicated the cancellation of the reservation, does not appear on the scheduled arrival date, he or she must also pay the entire amount planned for rent.If the guest had to cancel their reservation due to force majeure, 100% of the amount paid would be refunded up to 1 day before arrival.In the event that NOOR GESTION DE PROPIEDADES S.L. is forced to cancel a reservation, for reasons beyond its control or due to force majeure, undertakes to provide another accommodation alternative to the GUEST with similar characteristics and price, provided that there is availability for it, or to return the full amount of the deposit. the reservation without any cost or administrative charges for the TENANT.CAUSES OF FORCE MAJEURE:Changes in Government requirements regarding travel.Emergencies and declared epidemics.Government restrictions on travel.Military actions and other conflicts.Natural disasters.
